TRIPARTITE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING SIGNED

     On May 12, 2025, Ms. Jennifer Adams, Director of International Services at Catalyste+, Ms. Tsedevsuren Lkhagva, Chairwoman of the Civil Service Council of Mongolia, and Ms. Amartugs Tsenddavaa, Chairperson of the Ethics Committee of Mongolia, formally signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding to launch the five-year “Canada-Mongolia Merit” initiative. This collaborative project seeks to advance gender equality and promote ethical governance within the Mongolian civil service.

     Key objectives of the initiative include strengthening institutional ethics, enhancing the professional capacity of ethics trainers, and facilitating the exchange of best practices and international expertise. Scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2025, the project aims to foster a citizen-centric and integrity-driven civil service, aligned with global standards of good governance and public sector accountability.
