THE REGIONAL FORUM OF THE NORTHERN ZONE ON “REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT-LEADERSHIP IN THE CIVIL SERVICE” WAS HELD

     The Northern Zone Forum on “Regional Development – ​​Leadership in Civil Service” was held in Orkhon province on April 7-8, and discussed the implementation of civil service laws, policies, and ethics. The newly adopted Law on Civil Service Ethics has become more effective through case studies, and it is important to cultivate a culture of apologizing for ethical mistakes, emphasized Mr. N.Ganbaatar, Head of the Ethics Committee’s Office.

    The Regional Forum also discussed the uneven payment of salary increases for local civil servants, clarified the Labor Law, related regulations, and eliminated misunderstandings. On the second day, presentations and discussions were held on civil service reforms and legal improvements, and the opinions of the participants were heard. High-ranking government officials and local representatives participated in the regional Forum, and discussed issues such as the reputation of the civil service, human resources, and environmental improvement.
