MEETING WITH THE AMBASSADOR OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY TO MONGOLIA

     Ms. Ts.Amartugs, the Chairperson of the Ethics Committee, held a courtesy meeting with Mr.Helmut Kulitz, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Mongolia.

     During the meeting, it was recalled that in the late 1990s, the position of State Secretary was first established in the Government of Mongolia, and personnel were sent to Germany for capacity-building training. It was highlighted that the cooperation between the two countries has been intensively developing across all sectors in recent years, reaching the level of a comprehensive partnership today. 

     The meeting also discussed the legal framework and system regulating ethical issues in both countries, the ethical standards of the civil servants, and exchanged information and opinions on the implementation of training, research, and advocacy activities in this field. The meeting was also attended by Prof. Dr. Sh.Batsukh, member of the Ethics Committee.
