MEETING WITH THE CHAIRWOMEN OF THE COUNCIL OF ETHICS FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF TURKIYE

     A delegation led by B.Purevdagva, a member of the Ethics Committee of Mongolia and the Civil Service Council, met with Ms. Zerrin Güngör, the Chairwoman of the Council of Ethics for Public Servants of Turkiye.   

    The meeting, held on November 26, 2024, was attended by G.Munkhbayar, the Ambassador of Mongolia to the Republic of Turkiye, and representatives of the Civil Service Council of Mongolia, and they exchanged information and views on the activities of the two councils.   

   The Council of Ethics for Public Servants (Kamu Görevlileri Etik Kurulu) was established in 2004 and is responsible for setting ethical standards for public servants, monitoring their implementation, and taking appropriate action in case of violations. The council has shared its policies, activities, and accumulated experience, and has exchanged information openly, which has been a valuable contribution to Mongolia in learning from the good practices of developed countries and developing foreign cooperation.
