A MODEL TRAINING TO INTRODUCE THE CONTENT AND PROGRAM OF THE TRAINING COURSE FOR ETHICS TRAINERS WAS HELD

     In connection with the approval of the “Content of Ethics Training for Civil Servants” by Resolution No. 15 of 2024 of the Ethics Committee, a pilot training course was organized on February 17, 2025, in the training hall of the Bank of Mongolia, to develop and introduce the content, program, and manual for the training course for ethics trainers, in cooperation with the professors and researchers who provide training in the field of ethics. 

     The training was conducted by teachers from the National Academy of Governance, the Mongolian National Institute for Educational Research, the New Generation Leadership Academy, and the Academy of Ethics. It covered topics such as basic principles the Law on Civil servant ethics, characteristics and theories of adult learning, ethical impact, mentoring, importance and effectiveness, handling ethical violations, and risk management on ethics.

It aimed to provide learners with methods for independent organizing ethics training and to acquire knowledge and skills. At the end of the training, the results were discussed and exchanged, and suggestions were made to improve the training content, program, and manual in line with the characteristics of civil service laws, policies, and teaching methods as well.
